We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bond Touch pieces; if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
